About me and what I do

StrategyWork

I've always cared about making the world a better place and using storytelling to connect with others.

After working in communications at an environmental philanthropy, I joined Bureau Blank, a design agency in New York, where I developed a range of skills in content marketing, UX and service design. I led projects for clients looking for better ways to engage audiences about critical subjects like public safety and education. I collaborated with designers to train government agencies and nationally-renowned nonprofits on design thinking and creative problem-solving. (AKA: learning to love Post-Its!)

My journey continued at Huge, a creative powerhouse headquartered in Brooklyn, where I sharpened my data analysis and audience segmentation skills. I loved to collaborate with cross-functional teams as we helped exciting global brands grow, launch, and refresh.

Since that stint in corporate marketing, I’ve been working with folks closer to home, whether it’s a local nonprofit preschool, a progressive state policy think tank, or startups trying to help small businesses not be left behind current business tech innovation.

I'm still a ready partner for organizations looking for a communications (nonprofit) or marketing (private sector) pro. My client experience with organizations based in New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Oakland, Washington, DC, and Louisville, KY reflect my expertise at remote and hybrid collaboration.

When I’m not strategizing for change, I’m hopefully enjoying some beach time down the shore or taking a refreshing hike with the fam.
